Josh Evans is a 23 year old, Rhondda based Singer/Songwriter. His music combines a punk mentality with intricate guitar work, whilst still honouring the storytelling element which is so crucial to contemporary folk music. Playing regularly in Cardiff and Valleys venues, Josh has also supported 90's indie icons Echobelly, former Gorky's Zygotic Mynci guitarist John Lawrence, and has played live sessions on GTFM's Road Show, Music Therapy with Stan & Wilf, and Bro Radio. Drawing inspiration from observation, Josh's songs transform the mundanities of Valleys life into sometimes witty anecdotes. You won't find any simple three chord songs here.
