Jupiter-C bring together technological dissonances and ruptured melodies in their sound. Formed by Ashiya Eastwood and David Kane in 2013, Jupiter-C have toured the UK in support of Algiers and East India Youth in addition to appearances at Green Man festival and one off performances in London, Manchester and Liverpool with acts such as Bo Ningen and Loop. Currently finishing work on their debut EP – due out on Invada Records January 2017 – they have collaborated with film composer Clint Mansell (Requiem For a Dream, High-Rise, Moon) and William Doyle (East India Youth) on remixes to accompany the original tracks. Testing Ground is their most recent offering, which features on the Hope Not Hate ‘More In Common’ charity compilation, deals with themes of isolation and disillusion whilst offering glimmers of hope in its cacophony of chiming synths and noise guitars.
